Examples of prohibited practices include but are not limited to sending messages without prior consent (opt-in) from recipients; sending emails using deceptive subject lines; using false information in email headers; using hidden text or images; sending excessive emails in a short period of time; and soliciting third parties for the purpose of sending out unwanted messages.
The Company reserves the right to take action against users who violate this policy including but not limited to removing them from our database and terminating their account.
Opt-In/ Opt-Out Procedures: All emails sent by any person associated with the Company must be consensual and follow industry standards for opt-in and opt-out procedures. It is the responsibility of each user to ensure that all recipients have granted consent before any message is sent and that appropriate methods are in place for allowing individuals to withdraw their consent should they choose to do so at any time.
Violations & Reporting: Any suspected violations of this Anti-Spam Policy should be reported immediately via email at Anti-Spam[at]CashClubAI.com so that proper action can be taken as soon as possible. All complaints will be investigated promptly and dealt with in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
